The Laws in simple english words are nicely put in simplified way here:   *  PLEASE NOTE – WE ARE PRESENTLY TRANSLATING – please come back soon !

Relative Saliency and Importance can be only when comparing and negotiating in concrete sets and frames. See also the extensionality reuirements below.

Relative Meaning and Wisdom can be established in a dialogue by the participants only after the relations, similarities, priorities, influences, and overlaps have been established in the given set.

THE WORK BELOW IS VERY MUCH IN   PROGRESS…

FRAMING

(general and relative orientation): *

“Outline-Conditions” work in progress below:

Requisite Inclusion of  systems and forms of expression, presentation, and representations

Warburg, Stachowiak, Peirce, Benking

multi-lingual/cultural – extended cultual expressions and sign-systems **

As above !!

Additionality to the above other forms of expressions and reprentations and their combination !  including polycontextuality need to be included beyond the prevailing dualistic mindsets. See Spinoza, Leibniz,…

Requisite Inclusion of  CONTEXT, ORIENTATION, and SITUATION

Inclusion of  temporal and spacial scales and “intangible  dimensions”

Exentionality, Positionality and Perspectivity

Jonas, Plessner, Bateson, Benking

See also:  Zusammenhang und Zusammenhalt  and Local Community Decision making with a Cognitive Panorama

And data traps and frames, group and clan-think – see Warfield.

As above !!

Der Unterschied liegt in der poly-contextualität jenseits von Dualismen und deren konkreten Darstellung.

See Spinoza, Leibniz,… to be expanded by thinkers like Jean Gebser and Herbert Stachowiak

* Framing or “common/general versus specific Frames of references” is a central concern in decision making and modern “attention economy” communication strategies. The focus is not to overwhelm the audience and secure a clear slot for focussed information and concern. See also hypercognition, the work of Lakoff, where the definiton depends on the outline drawn. I recommend to look onto the Conceptual Superstructure work started in the early 90ies and work done in the field of environmetnal research and management (meta-data versus meta-information) and terminology research, reposities and switching systems. See also Supersigns and Superstructures below.
